Barmbek  Radiotherapy  Center  will  need  area  of  

approximately  1.000  sqmtr  and  remaining  2000  sqmtr  will  the  group  let  out  to  supplementary  private  medical  operators  within  different  categories  like  

surgery,  nutri=on,  chemotherapy,  naturally  belonging  to  a  complete  

cancer  treatment

 •  Investment  is  Euros  10  million  w/  equity  

Euros   4   million   from   private   investor.  Investment   of   Euros   4  millions   pays   off  6,75%   p.a.   net   for   the   whole   invested  equity  amount  .  

 

•  Bank   mortgage   of   6   million   will   be  served  by  the  project  GmbH  with  agreed  2,15%   p.a.   secured   back   to   back   with  the  renter  (the  medical  group)  direct  to  the  bank.  

}  Sales/investment  are  through  fully  controlled  GmbH,  either  like  100%  owner  or  par=al  ownership  from  10%  minimum  (equals  Euros  400.000).  

}  Investments  pays  off  from  first  day  .  Rent  guaranteed  by  Norwegian  Bank  or  equal  lawyers  insured  guarantee.  Seller  is  Argentum  Asset  Management  SL  by  advokat  Jorn  Kristensen.

 Our   group   of   Prof./Medical   Doctors   and   Technicians   invest  substan=al   amounts   in   Linear   accellerators,   Cyberknife   and  advanced  diagnos=c  equipment.  They  provide  substan=al  guarantee  for  the  rental  agreement,  enough  for  back  to  back  guarantee  to   investor  monitored  by  Norwegian  lawyer  .    Argentum   provides   similar   good   guarantees   for   punctual  payment  of  agreed  rent  6,75%  p.a.
