Barney Wee is one of Singapore’s most advanced Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) trainers.

Since 1995, Barney has trained hundreds of NLP practitioners and thousands of people in the practical applications of NLP, such as Sales, Communication, Coaching, Interviewing Skills, Personal Effectiveness and especially “Changing of Mindsets”. Through his training, Mind Transformations has become the leading provider of NLP solutions in Singapore and South-East Asia, training the largest pool of NLP Practitioners and Master Practitioners in Singapore, and is the only organization that has produced to date, 22 Certified NLP Trainers.

1999-2001, Police Intelligence - Working with both the Singapore Prison Intelligence Service and Central Narcotics Bureau, Barney has provided NLP tools on communication and effective interviewing. In view of the sensitivity of their work, these organizations screen their consultants thoroughly for competence and integrity. 2001-2003, Organizational Re-engineering from a leadership perspective – National Healthcare Group Polyclinics. Barney has provided extensive organizational frameworks on leadership, coaching and communication together with Robert Dilts, Chief Scientist of Dilts Strategy Group, to turn a government owned organization into a commercially competitive healthcare provider.

2002, Dilts Strategy Group management consultant - In the launch of this leadership development programme, Mr Robert Dilts, Chief Scientist of Dilts Strategy, wanted only one representative from each country. Barney was invited on board to join his training team simply because Mind Transformations is the most established NLP provider in Singapore. 2003, Singapore Armed Forces Shooting Contingent – Working with the military shooters and Manager, the team won championship title for the Asian Shooting Competition, after 5 years of 2nd to 6th positions. 2004, AXA Wealth Management - Barney has developed an in-house program that enables a shift away from product-based insurance selling towards consultancy-based wealth planning.

2004-2007, Proprietary Programs - Mind Transformations' customized training systems such as the “Wealth Consultant Training,” “Winning Hearts & Minds” and “NLP Master Practitioner Program,” which is a unique synthesis of NLP, Enneagram & Quantum Psychology processes. 2006-2007, Basic Military Training Centre (BMTC) – Barney worked with the highest ranks in the camp to develop and teach a series of workshops on "Exceptional Leadership" based on modeling excellent Commanders in BMTC.
