24-Hour Urine Sample Collection

5 Sessions/Subject: Scheduled for each FD session (FDs 15, 30, 60, 120, & 180):• Scheduled over 24-hr period (first morning void on day 1 through post-sleep void on day 2 to capture first morning void on both days); For planning purposes, 5 voids per crew per 24-hr period chosen as basis of calculation: - First and last urine collects/inserts of each 24-hr period scheduled in post-sleep - CS represents Cold Stowage unit: CS = MELFI for MELFI; CS = GLCR for Glacier - If urine ops scheduled on off-duty days, use 3 urine collect/insert placeholders on day 1 and 2 urine collect/insert placeholders on day 2 to ensure 24 hrs of collection• For NUTR/REP/PROK combined sessions (X = A): Scheduled to begin 72 hrs after start of 4-day diet period and 24 hrs prior to blood ops• For NUTR/REP combined sessions (X = B): Scheduled to begin within 24 hrs of blood ops
