    Prior to becoming a free lance trainer, I was responsible for the creation

    and implementation of all processes related to soft skills development ofstudents in the Ayla Leadership Program at Ayla Aviation Academy, before thatI was a senior master trainer, content developer and train the trainer inCADER (change Agents for Arab development and Education Reform) in which Ilead the process of change in many projects and schools, e.g. "Innovative useof ICT in Education", examples of training I delivered are change management,leadership skills, conflict management, team building, communication skills,problem solving, situational leadership and IT change management .

    I started my work life as a Chemical Analyst in the quality controldepartment at pharma international pharmaceutical factories then in chemistrylabs at Hashemite university then as a teacher and trainer in an environmentalprogram supervised by NASA related to physical ,chemical and biological

    Aqaba Hotel Association (AHA) is a professional Association representing Hotels inAqaba; Its mission is to elevate Aqabas hotels to international standards throughadequate representation, promotion, and capacity building. Currently it has two grants:one from EU (JEDCO) and one from USAID (ACED program)

    Summary of Functions

    The Executive Director is in charge of executing the associations strategicbusiness plan and supervises all operational and tactical functions. TheExecutive Director is held responsible for the associations overallperformance and is empowered by the board of directors to take any

    necessary measurements to achieve the planned results.Furthermore, the Executive Director is responsible for the execution of AHAsvarious activities and programs of work in accordance to schedules, allocatedresources, and budgets.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Develop the draft business plan goals and strategies and updateannually

    Prepare an annual plan of work that defines the activities to beperformed

    Prepare annual budgets for the boards review and approval prior

    presenting it to the general assembly Devise and executes contingency plans

    Implement the plan, reporting the current status to the board on aregular basis

    Allocate human and other resources, and distributes work-loads

    Monitor budgets versus actual expenditures/revenues, and reports tothe board

    Continuously updates the chairman on the associations affairs,progresses, and important communications received/ made

    Liaise with other organizations and business entities on joint activities

    Contact all other similar associations to be aware of their activitiesand plans

    Contact local and international funding organizations for fund-raisingpurposes
