Guten Morgen -> Good Morning

Guten Tag -> Good Day (normally used as a greeting, not in the sense of "Have a good day")

Guten Abend -> Good Evening (same here, more a greeting)

Gute Nacht -> Good Night

Hallo -> Hello

Tag -> Day

Tschüss/Tschau -> Bye/Bye

Auf Wiedersehen -> Goodbye (in person)

Auf Wiederhören -> Goodbye (on phone)

Bis später -> See you later (lit. Until later)

Bis bald -> See you soon

Bis morgen -> See you tomorrow

Bitte (sehr, schön) -> Please/You're welcome

Danke (schön) -> Thank you (very much)

Es tut mir leid. -> I'm sorry

Entschuldigen Sie! -> Excuse me!/I beg your pardon!

Wie geht es Ihnen? -> How are you? (formal)

Wie geht's? -> How are you? (informal)

Mir geht es (sehr) gut. -> I'm (very) good.

Mir geht es schlecht/nicht gut. -> I'm bad/not good.

Es geht. -> I'm okay.

Ja/Nein/Vielleicht -> Yes/No/Maybe

Wie heißen Sie? -> What's your name? (formal)

Wie heißt du? -> What's your name? (informal)

Ich heiße ____ -> My name is ____

Freut mich, Sie kennen zu lernen. -> Nice to meet you. (formal)

Freut mich. -> Nice to meet you (informal)

Gleichfalls. -> Likewise/Same here.

Wie bitte? -> What? (It is considered rude to just come out and say "Was?"!)

Wie sagt man ____ auf deutsch? -> How does one say ____ in German?

Was bedeutet ____ auf deutsch? -> What does ____ mean/signify in German?

Wo ist ____?/Wo sind ____? -> Where is ____?/Where are ____?

Es gibt ____ -> There is/are ____

(Das) macht nichts. -> It doesn't matter./It makes no difference.

Das ist mir egal. -> I don't care. (lit. That's the same to me.)

Keine Angst! -> Don't worry!

Ich habe es vergessen. -> I forgot it.

Jetzt muss ich gehen. -> I gotta/must go.

Ich habe Hunger/Durst. -> I'm hungry/thirsty.

Ich bin krank/müde. -> I'm sick/tired.

Not all verbs conjugate like this in the present indicative.
