Fold paper backing & apply a 75% stretch horizontally across the point of pain. Press down the ends with 0% stretch. Position your arm at a 90° angle in front of your body while having your partner tear the backing in the middle of a half strip. Hold arm out and away from your body with your hand facing in a downward position. Position 1 2 3 Final Items Needed • One 10” Strip • Two 5” Strips • Scissors • Partner Preparation Cut a Full Strip in half to make two 5” Strips. For proper fit, trim length if needed. Trim excess hair for better adhesion Remove tape gently, Do NOT rip off skin! Place ankle at 90° on a chair. Stretch a strip 50% and apply from the middle out under the heel. Anchor each end above the ankle.

Anchor 2nd Strip on the inside of your foot with 0% stretch. Apply a 50% stretch and wrap around the back of your heel.

Continuing the 50% stretch, turn tape to wrap under your arch and anchor back near the starting point with 0% stretch.

For the 3rd and final strip, repeat steps 2 & 3, this time starting on the outside part of your foot.Tip: The 2 strips should mirror each other.

Finish up by rubbing the entire application firmly to fully adhere and activate the adhesive.

Bend your knee at a 90° angle while sitting. If you want addt’l support, repeat Step 1 by applying the other half strip over the top.

Stretch a half strip 75%, then apply just below the kneecap, adhering from the middle out. Anchor each end with 0% stretch.

Anchor a full strip to mid-thigh, stretch 25%, and adhere to the side of kneecap. Stretch remainder 50% under and across the knee.

Anchor the piece with 0% stretch, then repeat Steps 2-3 on the other side of your knee, using the remaining full strip.

Finish up by rubbing the entire application firmly to fully adhere and activate the adhesive.

Items Needed• Two 10” Strips• One or Two 5” Strips• Scissors• Partner, if desired

PreparationCut a Full Strip in half to make two 5” Strips. For proper fit, trim length if needed.

Position arm down your side while tilting head slightly forward and away. Keep your arm relaxed.

Anchor “Y” strip 1-2” above elbow with no stretch. Apply a 25% stretch to a “Y” strip tail, and follow shoulder around and up to the top.

Take other “Y” strip tail and do the same around the front of the shoulder, ending with a slight overlap when anchoring on top.

With approx. 2/3 of length towards the back, stretch 2nd strip 50% and adhere to the top of the shoulder, anchoring the forward end first.

Finish by stretching back over the shoulder blade, then anchor. Rub the entire application firmly to fully adhere and activate the adhesive.

Items Needed• One 10” Strip• One 10” Strip, Y cut• Partner

PreparationCut a Full Strip almost half way to make a “Y” Strip. Make sure to round the ends. For proper fit, trim length if needed.
