Success of Basra Oil & Gas 2010 Exhibition was far beyond
the expectations.
Event, which is supported by Ministry of Oil, Ministry of Trade
State Companyfor Iraqi Fairs, Ministry of Oil Deputy Minister
Office for Extraction Affairs &Basra Governorate, brought
together 218 exhibiting companies from 30 countries(33% Iraqi, 67%
International. Presence of global companies like Halliburton,
ENI,Petronas, Weatherford, FMC Technologies, Siemens, Baker Hughes,
Schlumberger,ABB and many more was an additional asset proving the
quality of the event.
Event fulfilled its job as being a meeting point for private and
public sectorcompanies. In accordance with the theme adopted as
Iraq EffectivelyContributes to Future World Energy Supply, all
participants and visitorsnoticed once again the opportunities that
Iraq Oil and Gas Industry offers
and they could also get in contact with local companies and get
informedabout how to integrate with the local content.
16850 people consisting mostly of sector professionals
visitedthe event in 4 days.

that such a nice Exhibition may beorganized in a country that

just stepped out of the warso thank you for such an
opportunity
