3 Hurt in H.C. Traffic Crashes

Two traffic collisions late Mon­ day in Harbor City injured four persons, three of them seriously, according to Los Angeles police reports.

Mrs. Carl Lamping, 25, of 1413 M: Madrid ave., Torrance, suffered a possible phouldcr fracture and Carl F. Foutts, 33, who recently arrived in Torrance from Ohio, received head and face lacerations in a crash at Pacific Coast (101) highway and Belleporte ave..
