The basic principle of BBN-INNOMAX’s biomass gasification system
(abbreviated as BGPS) is to convert Agriculture and forestry products
and wood processing remains (including rick husks, wood powder,
branches, off cuts, corn straws, rice straws, wheat straws, cotton straws,
fruit shells, coconut shells, palm shells, biogases, corncobs and etc.) into
combustible gas .
It is then used as fuel in gas engine to generate electricity. Biomass
gasification successfully conquers the disadvantages of biomass, such as
low flammability and wide diversity.
Biomass gasification system is characteristic of small land requirement
and environment friendly. It’s one of the most effective way of biomass
utilization.
BIOMASS GASIFICATION POWER PLANT
BBN-INNOMAX Biomass Gasification Process includes :
The First step is biomass gasification, which convert biomass into syngas.
The Second step is syngas purification. The producer gas coming from
Gasifier usually contains contaminants including dust, coke, tar and etc. The
contaminants will be removed by the purification system to ensure normal
operation of gas engine.
The Third step is power generating in gas engine. The high temperature
exhaust gas may be reused by waste heat boiler to generate steam or hot
water for civil or industrial use. Steam turbine may also be considered to
make a gas-steam combined cycle power plant.
The BBN-INNOMAX Gasification Power Generation Systems are
based on a modular concept and are able to applicable for 50-20,000KW
biomass power station.
A series Gas Engine Generator sets from 50KW to 1000KW are developed
to combine with gasification technology, which are using the Siemens
technology alternators, and the most effective medium speed gas engines of
500-1000rpm with advanced European engine control systems.
The high performance of the BBN-INNOMAX biomass gasification plants
and the production of electricity with the Gas Engine Generator represents
the much more effective solution when compared with conventional power
generation based on the steam of boiler-fired system.
Comparing with other renewable power generating system,
INNOMAX-BGPS characteristics of:
1). Flexibility. Gas engine, gas turbine and even waste heat recovery
boiler may be used considering power plant capacity requirements. It
ensures high power generating efficiency.
Different capacities of biomass power generation plant can be designed
with various types of INNOMAX-BGPS system.
2). Clean technology. Biomass, as one kind of renewable energy, may
reduce the emission of carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide causing from
fossil fuel.
Nitrogen oxides emission is very limited in our biomass gasification
power generating system because of low temperature (700°C~1200°C).
3). Economic. INNOMAX-BGPS is flexible.
Even small size biomass power plant is also profitable.
Simple process and less land requirements make biomass gasification
power plant more economic comparing with other renewable energy.
Generally speaking, biomass gasification power generating is the most
economic technology in renewable power generating plant, the cost of
which is nearly the same as small-size conventional power plant.

4. Payment Terms :
50% down payment after contract signing in favor of BBN World Co., Ltd,
50% by T/T against copy of B/L or at sight L/C against B/L and other shipping documents,

5. Erection, Commissioning and Training of Operating Personnel:
Dispatch our engineer to supervise the erection and commissioning of the system and train
the operating personnel at site. The round-trip from Shanghai (China) and Seoul(Korea) to
the country of installation, inland traveling expenditure, road transport charges, boarding
and lodging will be to the client’s account.
We will charge a per day charge of USD300.00 per man-day for our engineers from the date z
of their departure from Shanghai (China) and Seoul (Korea) till the date of their return.
6. Inspection
Our equipment shall be available for inspection at our works before dispatch. We would require
one week advance intimation of possible date of arrival of customer's representative for
inspection at our works.
7. Delivery Period of Ordered Equipment
Equipment shall be ready for dispatch at our works within 5 months from the date of receipt of
confirmed order in advance.
8. Validity
Prices will remain valid for a month from the date of this quotation.
9. Warranty
Warranty period is 12(Twelve) months from the start up on site or 18(Eighteen) months from the
delivery time, whichever comes first. 5% quality guarantee bond will be issued
10. Customer’s Scope:
• All Civil & foundation work by client as per our drawing.
•All accessories from generator’s control panel terminals onward with necessary field cabling etc.
•Utilities like free water for water seal of gasification system/cooling the gas and engine as well as
power connections to electrical equipment of complete system.
•Charcoal, wood, lubricating oil etc. for trails, commissioning and regular operations.
•Arrangement for gas cutting, welding and other site-specific works/facilities.
•Requisite material handling system including crane as well as manual labor for lifting and shifting
of equipments into position as also for all other activities involving manual labor during installation
and commissioning.

Combined heat and power(CHP) also known as cogeneration,
is an efficient,clean,and reliable approach to generate power
and thermal energy from a single fuel source.By installing a
CHP system designed to meet the thermal and electrical base

time,CHP reduces the emmission of greenhouse gases,which

The INNOMAX biomass gasification power plant is a biomass
system that utilizes the biomass as its energy sources. We
have included this section about CHP generally to give yuo a
better understanding of this increasing interest and technlogy
evolving aound this alternate energy option.
The cold gas mode of Dry Type Gas Purification Systems process
is to purify the syngas from Gasifier.
The gas coming from Gasifier usually contains contaminants including dust,
coke, tar and etc.
The contaminants will be removed by the gas purification system to
ensure a low temperature and as much clean as natural gas, LPG or CNG.
Then it can be used for many application which need clean & cold fuel gas,
such gas generate electricity by IC engine/generator, food drying
industry, special dryer, ovens, furnace and kilns which need cold gas.
1)The cold gas mode normally has more than 70-75% thermal efficiency.
2)The gas temperature is normally less than 30-40 degree C.
3) In a cold gas mode, the gas pipes from cold gas outlet to the user can be
piped far away by gas compressor.
4) Normally cold gas mode is good enough for many applications which
the customer's existing equipment must use LPG, natural gas.

Gasification System More Environmental Friendly
Traditionally biomass gasification utilizes a Wet Type Gas Purification System
which normally contains scrubber or spray tower using water to direct
washing of the produced gas off particulates, tar and cooling the gas.
Wet Gas Purification System requires a large quantity of water, it generate
the secondary water pollution due to its direct contact with gas.
In addition it can consistently increase the tar particulate concentration
levels in the water if a recirculation process is used. The pond or cooling
tower can also emit vapors of PAHs (Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons)
and Ammonia. Wet Gas Purification systems typically also generate large
quantities of water to be treated for longer reuse and elimination of the
opportunity for heat recovery. Wet Gas Purification is a significant barrier
for many installations in many countries so they have developed this
Patented Dry Gas Purification System.
The first Dry Type Gas Purification system was successfully launched for a
1MW of fuel rice husk in 2008. After that, Dry Type Gas Purification System
has been many used with the new TFBGPP all over the world.
Dry Type Gas Purification Saves Water treatment Cost
and Heat Recovery for Various Application
With Dry Type Gas Purification System there is no direct contact with the
gas produced and therefore no dirty washing water generation. It eliminates
challenges of a foul smell as there is no process water pond and evaporation
cooling requirements and offers a substantial savings in water and no needed
for gas cooling. There is no sludge produced with Dry Type Gas Purification
System. And no sludge handling requirements. All heat recovered from hot
gas can be used for drying applications, heating purpose, or ORC to make
CO2 free electricity.
The product mainly uses to purify gas in the industries such as metallurgy,
fertilizers, coking, city gas, building materials, carbon element and
ceramics.
It is used to recover tar from coal gas/producer gas/syngas/biomass gas
and gas in coking kiln, and at the same time to remove impurities as dust
and mist.
It is a functional equipment for the recovery of materials and gas impurities
removing. And it plays a vital role in this regard by ensuring to operate
equipments in which the latter of the process flow in a stable and well way.
The negative high-voltage from the high-voltage DC power supply connect
with the corona pole(cathode pole), and then produce the electric field
with the precipitation pole (anode pole).
The particles of tar, dust, mist and others in the gas integrate with the ions
or the electrons, and become the charged particles, and move toward to the
both poles. Because of little mass, the charged particles move in high speed,
and wide distribution.
And mainly the electronegative charged particles move toward to the
precipitation pole, neutralize and adsorb onto it by remained static
gravitation pull and cohesion pull between the molecules.
And then these charged particles fall down along the cathode pole by their
own gravitation, and get out from the tar exit.
Electrostatic Tar Catcher( Dry ESP)
The Dry Type Gas Purification System is consistent which allows for
a smooth operation of the gas engine without fluctuations of power.
Average CV of the Gas is >1100-1200 kcal/Nm3.
Tar content in gas after cleaning is <5-10 mg/Nm3.
Particulates after filtering is <5-10mg/Nm3.
Both particulates and tar are removed in a dry form in INNOMAX's
dry type ESP which makes handling easier.
Ammonia is also removed through dissolution in condensate and
only a small quantity (condensate) needs to be treated.
There is also a possibility of recovering ammonium salts, which is a
useful fertilizer, from condensate.
And hot air is generated in the Gas Temperature Control Sub-system
during the cooling of the gas which can also be used for drying of
the biomass or send back to Gasifier for increasing the efficiency of
Gasifier.
Dry Type Gas Purification System totally eliminates any
adverse environmental impact as no harmful vapors or
particulates are released into the environment.
The systems are extremely user-friendly and have no
adverse health impact of operators or other associated
people.
