2. Brand equity

The customer’s subjective and intangible assessment of a brand, built through image and meaning.

This assessment is influenced by brand awareness, consumer’s attitude toward the brand from previous engagement, referral, advertising and ‘word of mouth’.

3. Retention equity

The tendency of the customer to “stick with”
