This design was prepared for a speculative distribution warehouse and associated offices to be located in the Citywest campus. The brief for the scheme was for 7,500sqm of industrial quality warehousing with a further 1,200 sqm of associated offices. The office component of the scheme was to include a high proportion of cellular accommodation and it was decided that this could be efficiently achieved with an L shaped office building including a perpendicular projecting block which also doubles as an entrance screen to the bulk of the main building behind.
