For All BDM/Brio Quickview and Insight users

AM Ryan BrioReportTypes – Annemarie Ryan from Central Stores created a document to assist her in learning about the standard set of BDM reports. It is in outline format and very thorough.

ABennett BDM Report Review Table - This table is part of the documentation used in the BDM/Brio Insight Review workshop. You will find a brief narrative describing each of the BDM reports. This is a one page handout.

Using Local Limits in a limit box – This reference will guide you on how to use a text (.txt) file as values in the limit box. This is a step-by-step guide starting with creating the text file to selecting the limits in the limit box. The example show is a list of account numbers.

Opening a Brio report you have saved – This reference will guide you on how to open a brio report that you have save to you computer, illustrating two ways it can be done; from Internet Explore and a file list. This is a step-by-step guide.

Monthly BDM/Brio reports and FRS monthly reports – This table gives you a side by side comparison the reports that can be used. The advantage of using the BDM/Brio reports is that you do not have to wait for the information, you can print the document if needed and all are part of the standard set of BDM reports.
