I/We hereby apply to be admitted as a Member of the Cold Chain Federation. I/We undertake, on admission to membership, to be bound by the Articles of Association, by-laws, rules and regulations of the Federation and to subscribe to the nominated annual fee for a minimum period of two full years. The level of subscription is determined annually by the Cold Chain Federation Management and is subject to VAT at the prevailing rate. Interest may be charged on subscriptions outstanding over 30 days at the base rate of the Santander Bank plus 8%. Resignations must be notified 6 months prior to the Renewal Date.
