• Pre-Fab House of the Year contest is an
annual event which aim is to recognize
the best wooden prefabricated houses
and promote wooden construction as a
whole.
• Contest is held since 2010
• Houses presented to the contest have to
be factory-built in Estonia with the main
construction manufactured from wood
