When you experience sore throat, fever and headache, would you ever think that these are the symptoms of inflammation? When you are injured or infected with a virus, your body will produce a self-defence physiological response. Redness,swelling,heat and pain are the classical signs of inflammation.
Inflammation is the body’s self-defence mechanism that warns you that your body is under attacked so you can take the necessary steps to heal your body. In acute inflammation, your body will immediately activate the immune system to gather a huge number of immune cells to combat the infection and repair the damaged tissue. Then, the symptoms such as redness, swelling, heat and pain will appear.
The prolonged and continuous inflammation is known as chronic inflammation. Immune cells continue to perform the healing tasks due to expose to prolonged stimulation and involve a wider range of cells over time. When the normal cells are under continuous stimulation, it will alter gene expression. If the cells are unable to regulate gene expression in time, it will accelerate the cell destruction mechanism, accelerate the body’s aging process, and cause various chronic diseases.
The famous American magazine, TIME Magazine identified chronic inflammation as the “Secret Killer”. It also mentioned that inflammation is surprisingly associated with heart disease, cancer and other diseases. Recently, there are more and more studies have pointed out that civilization diseases such as myocardial infarction, diabetes, cancer, allergic and autoimmune diseases are related to chronic inflammation in the body.
Chronic inflammation is like playing with fire. If you did not pull it out in time and choose to ignore it, it will only bring more damage to your body.

The very first BE Health Seminar rounded successfully on the 1st and 2nd of June! The response was beyond overwhelming as 1,300 participants rocked the house. BE International’s Founder and President, Ir Lee Suet Sen took the lead and shared on the topic of “Unlock and Master the Body’s Secret to Obtain Ultimate Health” as the splendid opening for the seminar. Besides, many participants enjoyed and benefited with the knowledge shared by our experienced RCCAs and Nutritionists. Then, many individuals shared their testimonials on the stage and the changes and improvement they experienced were truly amazing, they were all given a big round of warm applause.
The atmosphere of the seminar was very lively and energetic. Everyone utilized the two days and paid attention to the sharing to increase their understanding of nutrition and health knowledge. At last, the Seminar ended in a lively discussion.
