Hosting Rotary District 1550 and its participating Rotary Clubs in the
area of District Rotary Club Helmond (fi rst week: 1-7
July) and Rotary Clubs in the area of District Rotary
Club Oss (second week: 7-14 July)
Participants 16 young people. We will observe gender equality
1 participant per country only.
Age 18-23 years
Accomodation RC Helmond: host families
RC Oss: host families and camp place
Clothing Casual and formal.
You need swimsuits and sports clothes.
Arrival
by plane Eindhoven (for the people who come from Europe)
Amsterdam-Schiphol (for the people who come outside of
Europe) and than take the train from Schiphol to Helmond
Departure by train from Oss to your airport (Eindhoven/Amsterdam)
Payment A camp fee of EURO 300 is applicable, preferable cash at
arrival. (ATM’s available at point of arrival).
Don’t forget your pocket money.
Insurance Participants must have travel and health insurance for
the Netherlands

the theme:
Building bridges, crossing borders
BE OUR GUESTPlenty of opportunities to learn about the Netherlands and enjoy the beautiful country, nature and habits and make new friends and most of all have FUN.
You will visit the village of Vincent Van Gogh, visit the cities ’s Hertogenbosch and Amsterdam, but you will also participate in hands-on activities and sportive activities like Dutch people do. We will not reveal the entire program because we want it to be a bit of a surprise for you!
We will be glad to receive you and hope you will spend two fantastic
weeks with us!
