Full Mansion rental includes use of adjacent 74-space parking lot on a space-available basis, and use of up to 110 upholstered chairs. Individual room rental times must include setup, event, and cleanup. Mansion is not available on Wednesday evenings. Individual room rentals in the Mansion can be confirmed no sooner than 60 days prior to the event date unless they take place during regular open hours. All rental rates and policies effective as of July 1, 2015.

Orchestra Rehearsal Room (Room 402)

116 116 80 $200/hr Three hour minimum. On weekends, available beginning at 3pm. Rental times must include setup, event, and cleanup. Includes use of black upholstered chairs.

Free weekend parking is available in the adjacent Grosvenor-Strathmore Metro garage. A variety of weekday parking options are available, please call to discuss specific events.
