Beasley Real Estate Ranks #6in the Washington Region

2014 Spring Home JournalThe Washington Business Journal has released their Book of Lists for Residential Real Estate Companies and has ranked Beasley Real Estate #16 in the Washington Region. The rankings were based on 2013 metro-area sales. Beasley Real Estate houses 14 agents that sold $247.72MM last year. Beasley is ranked #6 among independent brokerages in the region. Beasley Real Estate posted a prodigious sales growth increase from the previous year. In 2013, Beasley agents sold a quarter of a billion dollars ($250MM) in real estate transactions, and the company’s growth in sales volume escalated by 150% from sales in 2012. The average growth was 42% amongst Beasley agents. This boutique brokerage firm is among the top-producing real estate companies in the nation. With their offices in Washington, DC and Bethesda, Maryland, the firm serves the entire Washington Metropolitan Region, including Northern Virginia.

This spring, we launched our “Face of Giving” Campaign which underlined the importance of Beasley contributing and offering services to associations and organizations that are in need of help to maintain and advance in their objectives. The campaign ran for eight consecutive weeks through the end of April with an emphasis on Beasley’s Agents and the local and national charities that each agent strongly supports philanthropically. The campaign featured a Beasley Agent each week through digital marketing and social media outlets while their faces of giving were displayed at locations throughout the entire District of Columbia. Beasley Real Estate recently partnered with KVS Title and sponsored the Washington Humane Society (WHS) at S Street Dog Park to host an on-site adoption event and welcomed donations to help support and raise awareness for the broad range of programs and services that are offered to over 43,000 animals each year. We also volunteered our services for a morning shift at DC Central Kitchen to help their staff prepare meals for over 5,000 meals each day by cutting, chopping and peeling thousands of pounds of food.
