prompted me to look into pro-

Because there is a sizeable

investment required to bring this

project to fruition, I wanted to do

Coral is a stone of organic origin. It has been called the 'garden of the sea' and was once believed to be a plant. It is now known to actually contain living animals called polyps. Coral is the result of accumulated skeletal masses from these polyps. Red is consid-ered the most sought after color but coral also can be found in many other colors.

Coral can be used to reconnect with nature and its variety of wonders. It can also attract love and prosperity, particularly red coral, which is a stone of passion. Creativity and optimism are also qualities that coral brings out. Emotionally, coral brings inner peace, strength, and understanding of purpose.

Coral symbolizes life force and blood energy. Dark red coral is used for heating and stimu-lating the bloodstream. It is used for general healing, blood and circulatory system issues, kidney, bladder, epilepsy, bone and bone marrow, eye problems, and the respiratory system.

because you want to be there for that person, not because you feel you have to. On the other hand, if this is a situation that oc-curs with regularity, and there is always a crisis to be dealt with, then make the decision based on how effective you will be in the situation. Are you rescuing this person over and over again? Is it time to hand them responsibility for themselves?

How many times have you done things out of obligation instead of joy? An internal struggle occurs each time we make a decision based on “having” to do it versus “wanting” to do it. Guilt happens when we are manipulated into doing something by instilling a sense of duty or respon-sibility derived from someone else’s needs rather than our own.

The next time you’re faced with a choice, ask yourself if it’s something that feels good to you. An example of this would be to offer support to a friend who is going through a difficult time,

ious, depressed, or drained. You take care of your body by exercising and eating nutritious foods. You are grateful for all of the things going right with your body, heart, mind, and life. You talk to yourself

in a loving, caring way, instead of a barrage of negative self-talk that lowers your self-esteem. You stop complaining and start looking for the things that make you happy. This Valentine's day, give yourself a little treat to show how much you care and vow to be devoted to loving and caring for yourself now and always. If you are not doing the work that makes you feel good, shift this by deciding to approach your work with gratitude for providing money you need to live, or you can decide to change your occupation and pur-sue work that makes you feel good while provid-ing a livelihood. tablishing your sacred space, smudge with

sage and/or herbs of your choice and set

the boundary and intention of the space. If

tion, build the sanctuary in your mind.

Close your eyes and envision the most idyl-

lic place you can dream of. It can be as big

or as small as you like. It can be a magickal

forest, a fantastical castle, or a cozy cabin.

Build it and channel positive energy into it.

Go to this place when you feel overwhelmed

or agitate. Enter with reverence for the

sacred place that it is. Feel a sense of

are out of synch with your true self. You are at-

tempting to be what others want you to be. If your relationships are loving and suppor-tive, they are reflecting the expression of who you truly are. When you align your energies with what you are at the core, things are easier, opportunities open, and

the right people and situations come into your life. Your stress is minimized and joy

is more prevalent than worry.

In this life, we are charged with unfolding ourselves; It is the action of extending one-self beyond your former state, learning in a way that opens the mind, heart, and soul to new ways of thinking and being. To unfold,

the process of shedding and removing old ways of approaching life is required in order

to reveal the power inherent in your being.

Knowing your True Nature is transfor-mative.

What is your true nature? It’s not the role you play or the circumstances that keep you blocked. It’s the core of your being where your Inner Magick lives. It’s the place that

sets you apart and allows you to express your uniqueness. It differentiates you from

all of the other trees in the forest.

Knowing the nature of your special gifts, your Inner Magick, transforms you from a follower to a unique individual living her life purpose. You came into this life to walk a path that is yours alone. At the

same time, the path does include interact-ing with others, for through our relation-ships, we discover our true nature. Those

To know thyself is the key to life and to all magickal operations. Unfoldment allows one to make the self known to the Self. Expanding beyond your former self reveals your true nature in ways that were formerly

unknown to you.

Unfoldment is also the process of develop-ing your spiritual side and your connection with the Divine. In this way, the self opens to the abundance of the Universal Energy and taps into the unlimited potential avail-able to you. Unfoldment allows you to in-crease your understanding about yourself, your purpose, and the unique gifts you bring

to the world.

Through revealing the core self, your true nature, and your relationship to the Divine, it is possible to tap into your intuitive abili-ties and develop psychic awareness that had been blocked by outmoded ways of think-ing. When unfoldment takes place, the will comes to the forefront, and you are able to
