What is Integrated Medicine?

Dr. Melanie Hahn established Yoga-

to-You, the first home-based mobile yoga

business in Marin County for older

adults. A study in 2003 estimated

13.4 million Americans practice yoga

and approximately 1.6 million are 55

years and older. These numbers are

expected to rise and at an increasing

rate. This is particularly true in Marin
