Camping
Vast space is available for camping, including 100+ sites with water/electric and over 500
spaces for primitive site camping. Restroom and shower facilities include 4+ locations for
both men and women’s restrooms, and ten (10) total showerheads. These camping areas
will be designated by the Marshfield Fairgrounds Park, with assistance from the Wisconsin
Trappers Association (“WTA”). A free dumping station is on site.
Inside Space
The Marshfield Fairgrounds Park offers 55+ acres of space. The buildings on these
grounds accommodate over 300 dealer booths. Diagrams of the fairgrounds are included
in the packet on the next two pages. All dealer space and demo area is covered, plus
additional dealer space is available outside of buildings. Tables and chairs will be provided
for 200-300 vendors. WTA volunteers will set up and clean up, and the fairgrounds will
provide other janitorial duties. Public address systems will be available for events. The air-
conditioned Fair Office Building will be made available for the WTA offices, if needed.
Outside Space
The 55 acres of fairgrounds offer hard surfaced and overflow grass parking, camping, and
activity space. No other group will be present on the grounds during your event. There will
be no parking fee. Golf carts/ATV and radios will be provided to make access and contact
easier for your group. The Marshfield Convention Host Committee shall make
arrangements with the City of Marshfield to close 17th Street between Peach Avenue and
Vine Avenue to assist you in control of the grounds. The majority of the Fairgrounds is
enclosed with a 6’ chain link fence.
