Syzygal’s consultants provide you with the help and sup-

our consultants have a wealth of experience working in all

have completed projects as varied as short-term improve-

Training delivery methods PUBLIC CLASSROOM BASED TRAINING

Syzygal’s classroom based training courses are delivered

regionally from 4 Star hotel locations or Regus offices.

They all include course materials, refreshments and exams

(generally taken at the end of each course). The benefit

of utilising hotel or Regus premises is that we can support

our client organisations by publishing training dates that

suit localised demand and allow for easier attendance by

our students.

CLIENT-SITE TRAINING COURSES

As with our public registered training, we can easily offer

site based courses, allowing clients to benefit from a re-

duced cost by providing their own location. One addi-

tional benefit is that the course content and themes can be

tailored to support the specific needs and circumstances of

the client’s organisation and environment.

VIRTUAL TRAINER-LED COURSES

Syzygal has developed its course materials to be flexible

enough to have them delivered via a virtual environment.

This allows regional and distance barriers to be broken

down, allowing disparate teams to enjoy a training experi-

ence on-line via virtual technology. Students still have

the ability to fully interact with the course instructor and

fellow students allowing them a high quality, enjoyable

training experience.

As part of doctoral research,

Syzygal has developed a unique

approach to developing and

designing professional education

courses and courseware. Rather

than utilising tired and over-used

methods such as working straight

from a syllabus, Syzygal decided to

research the key elements of effec-

tive learning. What we found was

that although dynamic and flexible

delivery methods were essential to

the overall experience for students,

it was the approach to content

formulation and positioning that

was critical to maximising learning

up-take and knowledge retention.

The THEORY of a subject is obvi-

ously critical to success, but ensur-

ing it is positioned in contextual

alignment is the pay-off. We then
