• For best results, use SHRE Pure Shine Shampoo on a weekly basis to avoid excessive contamination build up. Conventional shampoos contain waxes and polymers what will reduce the water beading effect.

• Avoid washing in direct sunlight to minimize streaking and water spotting.• Wash from the top down with a microfiber towel, leaving the dirtiest sections for

last to avoid cross-contamination and swirl marks.• Use separate buckets for soap and rinse water.

• Always dry the car completely and never leave it to “air” dry. Water contains minerals that may leave deposits, creating water spots.

• Please use our quality microfiber drying towel for best results and avoid aggressive wiping, allowing the material to absorb the water.

• Drying is recommended after every rain.

• Do not use aggressive chemical products to try to polish the coating or eliminate surface contamination.

• Do not use excessive force to remove stains, bird droppings, or tree sap.• After washing with our SHRE Pure Shine Shampoo, apply WSRE Spot Remover,

and let it soak for a minute hour. Afterwards, rinse with clean water.• If stains or spots are still visible, repeat the step above Clean the car with SHRE

Pure Shine Shampoo and dry the car. • Clean with Sterile CLEAN and apply SIPR Si Nano Protect / SIVI Si-Nano Vision as

the last step to create a protective (glossy) hydrophobic layer as a final touch.

• Once the nano-layer has been applied, we strongly recommend using Si-Nano Protect to make an extra water spot preventive layer, and we suggest repeating this every 3 months to avoid mineral deposits that can damage the nano layer.

The market of paint protection using ceramic coatings for cars is worldwide and growing rapidly.

How can you convince a customer to choose NANO-CERAMIC ?There are 4 important facts every detailer needs to know:

1. There are currently a lot of different coatings on the market, however all of these coat-ings are not the same. The ingredients to make a high-tech layer are expensive and, be-cause of that fact, competition is growing. Some competing layers are made with less ingredients to achieve lower cost pricing. Sometimes you hear that a product will give 2 or 3 layers of protection. Please realize that this is no guarantee for durability.

2. Maximum durability is completely dependent on the hardness of the layer (after it’s fully cured), which is the most important and crucial factor. After time, the layer will get thinner and thinner from environmental weathering and abrasion from pollutants and road grit.

In many cases, the thin glass layers are combined with polymers to achieve a certain flexibility. The layers will lose strength if more polymers are added. If a coating is easier to apply because of more flexibility in the layer, the durability (hardness) will go down simul-taneously. In the end, you may get something like a hard wax, and this could break a cus-tomer’s trust in ceramic coatings and in the installer’s skill.

Premium coatings are often misunderstood, because the end consumers do not know these facts. It’s up to us to educate them in a more technical way. Some coatings are so cheap and poor that they will even show discoloration, causing yellowing on a white car, for example.

3. Another very important issue in achieving maximum hardness is the condition of the car’s factory paint. In Asia, cars are factory painted with more glossy paints (sales are more important than durability). These glossy factory paints are much softer than Europe-an paints. If a ceramic layer is applied on a soft-painted Asian car, the ceramic layer on top will be also be less hard compared to a European car with a harder factory paint.

How Can a Coating Bring You the Most Profit?


For this reason, we have specially developed our SIBC Basecoat which makes the soft coated surface very hard. This basecoat is four times harder than factory paint and, when fully cured, is almost unremovable when using a heavy polish pad, compound and polisher.

This non-hydrophobic basecoat can best be compared with the glass of your smart-phone, but thinner of course. At NANO-CERAMIC, our policy is to make consumers sure that they know exactly what they get if they choose one of our different layers.

4. Not all installers go for the best price/quality ratio. Sometimes they import a coating themselves and represent it as their own, and consequently have to say it is the best. If a customer is unsure about the story above, you as a detailer need to advise the cus-tomer to find a convenient surface suitable for testing (approximately 1 square foot), so that you can apply our coatings next to the one in question. The next day, the customer can return again and see the results after the coating is fully cured.

If he sees the difference in hardness, he will be convinced. This often leads to choosing the most durable solution, and he can then spread his experience via word-of-mouth.

The most durable solution means, for you that if he buys the 5-year package, in that case you will automatically make the best margin.
