Then wrap the ribbon around, overlapping it a little. Use more Hodge Podge to seal the end once you’ve completely covered the pipe. Take clippings from magazines, buttons, feathers, sparkles or whatever you’d like to put on your bracelet and glue them to your bangle using Hodge Podge. 5 Let it Dry and Wear it!
