We offer before school care from 6:30am. We provide a nutritious breakfast (toast, rice bubbles, corn flakes or Weetbix) at no extra cost. After breakfast we start our day with some age appropriate fun and games. We have lots of games, books and toys to play with and we can either play alone or with our friends. If the weather is nice we have the option to head outdoors for a quick play before school. Sometimes we play group games before the bell goes. Educators work closely with children to develop a program that is based on their interests and skill level. Group Games Music and Movement Games with rules Arts and Craft We offer after school care until 6:30pm. Our trained staff will collect your children from our meeting point and take them to the OSHC room. We start our afternoon with a healthy snack (fruits, crackers & dip, savoury latter, etc.) and offer milk or water to drink. After that we have the opportunity to complete some of our homework with the help of the educators before we get down to play time. We have plenty of opportunity to get creative with art and craft experiences and often have amazing creations to take home. We spend a little indoors playing and learning before heading outside where we can play games, chat with our friends and explore the environment. Cooking Reading Sports & ball skills Literacy & Numeracy We offer vacation care during all NSW school holidays from 7:00am - 6:30pm. An exciting program is made available to families several weeks before the holidays commence. Families can choose which days they wish to attend by filling in the Vacation Care booking form (available from the service). Our vacation care program includes both themes days which are held at the school and excursions to venues in the local area. It is designed with a focus on having fun while learning new skills, making new friends and having new experiences. In the past we have been to the movies, 10-pin bowling, Ultimate Playland, Flipout and more! Our theme days have included Disco Day, Mad Scientists, Master Chef, Pyjama Day, Party Day…the list goes on! Fresh drinking water is available at all times so please pack a refillable water bottle. We spend a lot of time outside during vacation care; please also pack a play hat for playing outside.
