Allah Gives them Respite in this World
}} For those who disbelieved - even if they had all that is in
the
earth, and the like of it with it, and offered it all as ransom
from
chastisement on the Day of Resurrection, it would not be
accepted from them - a painful chastisement lies in store
forthem.
}}5
Say: As for him who is in error, the Beneficent will verily
extend
(the rope) to him until, when they see that which they were
promised, whether it be punishment (in the world), or the
Hour(of doom), they will come know who is worse in position and
who is weaker in forces. Allah increases in right guidance
those
who walk aright, and the righteous good deeds that last, are
better with your Lord, for reward and better for resort.

The possessions and children of Disbelievers in this world
}}883 As for those who reject Our signs as false, We shall lead
them,
step by step, to their ruin without their even perceiving
it.And(for this purpose) I will grant them respite. My scheme
is
incontrovertible. }}8 Do not let the, unbelievers imagine that
the respite We givethem is good for them. We give them respite so
that they may
increase their sins. A humiliating chastisement lies in store
for
them.

delude you; for Allah wills only to chastise them by means

And We shall inherit from him all that he talks of, and
he will come unto Us, alone.

depart while they are still disbelievers.
}}1 Have you seen him who disbelieves in Our revelations and
says: I
shall certainly be given wealth and children? Has he known
the
Unseen, or has he taken a covenant from the Beneficent? Nay,
but We shall record that which he says and, We shall increase
his
torment; And We shall inherit from him all that he talks of,
and
he will come unto Us, alone (without his wealth and
children).
