Dear Parents,

Student Council is a program of a long tradition of student leadership. I am proud of all the

students that wrote speeches and put their name onto the ballet. I am happy to announce this

Soles Walk We are excited to share that Siena Catholic Schools of Racine (SCSOR) will be participating in the 6th annual Soles Walk for Catholic Education. We will join together with all the Catholic schools in the Archdiocese of Milwaukee and walk 2 miles to raise funds for our school. All donations made to our school, stay at our school! Why is this exciting?

· This is the first time we get to show how much we love our school and appreciate Catholic education in Racine. · SCSOR will be providing transportation to and from the event at no cost to you! · This event is FREE! There is no cost for you and your family. Plus, if you register before September 25th you get a FREE t-shirt! · Participating in the walk is like trick or treating! Everyone gets a swag bag! The high schools set up booths along the route and hand out candy, balloons and more!

What do you need to do? · Go to http://catholicschoolswalk.org to register. Search for our school name and join the team. Don’t forget to sign up all family members. Everyone gets a FREE t-shirt.

· Set a fundraising goal and share your goal with family and friends. · Start collecting donations! Donations can be collected on your fundraising page or can be sent directly to our school. · Mark your calendar for October 20th. You do NOT want to miss this fun event!
