Units with 3600 sewing machines which can produce 18 million garments/year, dyeing unit with capacity of 100,000kg/day, Spinning unit with 20,000 spindles producing 11 tons a day, Knitting Division with 12,000kg/day.

- The cardinal knitwear address, Factory 9, was set up in 2002- The oldest two entities, factory 9 Sweaters Ltd and factory 9 Boutique Ltd,
Were closed down in 2013 and merged with Celsius.- Fabulously automated new factory 9 Celsius 2 is started at factory 9 Station with 750 fully automated Stoll
and Shima Sheiki machines. - Factory 9 is being developed and branded as a suitable substitute to high value China bias
Factory 9– Linkage with knitwear..- Yarn dyeing, our first step towards integration of supply chain, started in 2005- Piece dyeing and acid wash facility ,which colors raw white garments, and provide new trends
of wash look was initiated in 2008 and 2014 sequentially

Factory 9 ColBlanc Limited - Shirt, although profiled as our latest adding, came into being together with lingerie in 2008- It remained small and under focused due to its co-existence with lingerie at Birichina- In 2013, a dedicated entity exclusively for shirts, factory 9 ColBlanc Ltd, was actualized- Achieving economies of scale with a worthy set up is our goal on hand
Factory 9 Birichina Limited - Lingerie, first departure from knitwear, commenced its operation in 2008- Set out in partnership with Quantum Clothing Ltd, the business has been fully retained by us since 2010- Although relatively new, factory Birichina Ltd offers distinguished products applying latest technology- Competing with the regional elites and enticing better values is our present strategy
Factory Celsius Ltd…contd -Technologically advanced Stoll and Shima Seiki auto machines in the manufacturing process has further enhanced the product-mix and operational flexibility -A Green Factory (registered with LEED) will be ready by January 2015 with accommodation of 750 auto machines having a monthly production capacity of 1.00 Million pcs -Automated post knitting processes are being introduced along with single line assembly system with the latest European technology
