Norme di Prodotto vigenti UNI.EN1441 - ISO130006 ed i loro metodi di prova.

Le piastrelle di ceramica sono suddivise in gruppi secondo il metodo di formatura ed il grado di assorbimento d’acqua. A. Piastrelle estruse (smaltate e non smaltate)B. Piastrelle pressate (smaltate e non smaltate)

I gruppi sono a loro volta suddivisi in sottogruppi, secondo il grado di assorbimento d’acqua (porosità): · Gruppo B Ia · Gruppo B Ib · Gruppo B IIa · Gruppo B IIb · Gruppo B III

Le norme definiscono per ogni gruppo di prodotti,le caratteristiche e le tolleranze. Le piastrelle dell’attuale gamma Opera sono tutte ottenute per pressature e appartengono ai gruppo (BIa, BIIa, BIII).

NORME PER I METODI DI PROVA: Queste norme definiscono i metodi per la determinazione delle caratteristiche dimensionali e di aspetto, delle proprietà fisiche e delle proprietà chimiche.

Consigli di posa

La posa dei materiali della tipologia “Gres Porcellanato” richiede la posa con collante. La stuccatura del pavimento posato dovrà avvenire il giorno seguente la posa “a colla”. Le fughe dovranno essere perfettamente pulite in tutto il loro spessore. La fuga può essere eseguita con stucchi cementizi o epossidici preconfezionati. La stuccatura delle fughe deve essere effettuata con apposite spatole di gomma, facendo penetrare con particolare cura lo stucco in profondità. Eventuali danni generati da posa dei materiali effettuata direttamente con malta cementizia non sono da considerarsi responsabilità del produttore.

E’ consigliabile usare per la stuccatura appositi sigillanti al fine di evitare assorbimenti indiretti delle piastrelle di ceramica posate in particolari zone d’uso. I sigillanti utilizzati per la stuccatura dei rivestimenti devono essere indicativamente “Bicomponenti” in grado di garantire le seguenti caratteristiche:

- Estrema facilità di pulizia rispetto ai normali sigillanti cementizi;- Colorazioni stabili e uniformi su tutti i tipi di piastrelle; - Elevate resistenze meccaniche; - Bassissimo assorbimento d’acqua;- Garanzia di assenza di crepe o cavilli dopo indurimento;- Ottima resistenza chimica a acidi, basi e alle macchie. Eventuali danni generati dalla posa delle piastrelle effettuata con materiali e metodi non a regola d’arte e con caratteristiche diffe-renti da quelle indicate non sono da considerarsi responsabilità del produttore.

Installing and Grouting

The materials included in the “Gres Porcellanato” series must be installed usinglight adhesive. The joints must be grouted in the day after the floor tiles have been installed with the correspondent adhesive. The joints must be then perfectly cleaned and levelled. The joints can be grouted with the prepacked cement based or epoxy based grouts.The joints must be grouted using the special rubber grout floats, cleaning off the exceeding grout from the tile surface.The Manufacturer cannot be responsible for possible damages as a conseguence of wrong adhesive or grouting materials use.

We suggest the use of special sealing grouts in order to avoid indirect water absorbtion for tiles installed in some areas of the home (such as showers).These sealants must be “Bi-components” and have to ensure following characteristics:

- easiness to be cleaned (compared to the usual cement based seals);- uniform and stable coloration on all different kinds of tiles;- high machanical resistance;- extremely low water absorbtion - better if water repellent;- must guarantee absence of cracks or splinters after hardening;- high chemical resistance to basic acids or stains. The Manufacturer cannot be responsible for any kind of damage from installing and grouting the ceramic material with wrong and/or inappropriate adhesives or without the best working standards or with different characteristics from the above specified.

Les groupements sont organisés par sous-groupements selon le niveau d’aborption d’eau (porosité):· Gruppo B Ia · Gruppo B Ib · Gruppo B IIa · Gruppo B IIb · Gruppo B III

Par les normes l’on définit, pour chaque groupement de produit, les caractéristiques techniques ainsi que les tollérances. Les car-reaux faisant partie de la gamme Opera en vigueur sont tous obtenus par pressage et ils appartiennent aux groupements B Ia, B IIa, B III.

NORMES EN VIGUEUR POUR LES MÉTHODES D’ESSAI: ces normes ont été mises au point afin de pouvoir définir les méthodes pour la détermination des caractéristiques de dimension et d’aspect des carreaux en céramique et de leurs propriétés physiques et chimiques.

Pose et Jointoiement

La pose des produits typologies “Gres porcellanato” demande la pose à la colle. Le jointoiement des joints des carreaux posés au sol doit être effectué le jour suivant la pose à la colle. Les joints devront être parfaitement propres sur toute l’épaisseur. Les joints peuvent être réalisés avec des produits ciment ou époxyde prets-à-l’emploi. Le jointoiement doit être effectué avec spatule en caoutchouc appropriée, en faisant particulièrement attention à bien remplir les joints en profondeur. Les dommages dus à pose effectuée directement au ciment, ne sont pas attribuables à la responsabilité du fabricant.L’usage de produits appropriés pour l’ étanchéité des jointoiements est recommandé afin d’éviter le risque d’absorption indirecte des carreaux en céramique posés.

Les produits utilisés pour le jointoiement du carrelage mural doivent être indicativement «bicomposants» garantissant les ca-ractéristiques suivantes:

- grande facilité de nettoyage par rapport aux joints traditionnels en ciment- couleur stable et uniforme sur tout type de carreau;- résistance mécanique élevée; - très bas niveau d’absorption d’eau;- garanti contre fissures ou craquelures après séchage;- résistances chimiques très élevées. Les dommages dus aux causes suivantes: pose de carreaux en céramique effectuée avec des produits différents des ceux indiqués ci-dessus absence des conditions signalées ci-dessus, ne sont pas attribuables à la responsabilité du fabricant

Verlegung und Verfugung

Die Verlegung der mit “Gres porcellanato” gekennzeichneten Materialen erfordert die Anwendung von Flexklebern. Die Verfu-gung des verlegten Bodens muβ mindestens ein Tag nach der Verlegung erfolgen. Die Fugen müssen dazu vollständig sauber sein.Die Verfugung kann mit zementgebunden Fugenfüllern wie mit fertigen Epoxidfugenmitteln erfolgen, und sollte mit dafür geei-gneten Gummiwischern durchgeführt werden, um eine volle Tiefenausfugung zu erzielen. Mögliche durch die Verwendung von Zementmörtel verursachte Schäden fallen nicht unter die Verantwortung des Herstellers.

Es ist ratsam, für die Verfugung von Wandfliesen spezielle Zweikomponenten-Versiegelungsmittel zu verwenden, um die folgenden Eigenschaften sicherzustellen:

- eine bessere Reinigung im Vergleich zu Zementfugenmittel;- eine homogenere und konstante Farbgebung auf allen Arten von Fliesen;- erhöhte mechaniche Widerstandfähigkeit; - niedrigste Wasseraufnahme;- Vermeidung von Rissen nach der Austrocknung;- optimale Widerstandsfähigkeit gegen Chemikalien.

Im Falle alternativer Materialen bei der Verlegung der Wandfliesen wird die Verwendung eines Fugenschutzmittels empfohlen, um die indirekte Wasseraufnahme der verlegten Fliesen über die Fuge auszuschlieβen. Dies reduziert die Fleckenbildung, und schützt auch Mosaike und Formteile auf Lebenszeit. Mögliche durch Kleber mit anderen als den oben geschilderten Eigenschaften verur-sachte Shäden fallen nicht in den Verantwortungsbereich des Herstellers.

Keramische Fliesen sind in Gruppen gemäß dem Produktionsprozess und Ihrer Wasseraufnahme unterteilt. A. Stranggezogene Fliesen (glasiert und unglasiert)B. Gepresste Fliesen (glasiert und unglasiert)

Diese Gruppen werden nochmals in Untergruppen unterteilt, je nach dem Grad Ihrer Wasseraufnahme (Porösität):· Gruppe B Ia · Gruppe B Ib · Gruppe B IIa · Gruppe B IIb · Gruppe B III

Die Normen definieren für jede Untergruppe deren Charakteristiken und technischen Tolleranzen. Alle Fliesen aus dem aktuellen Programm von Opera werden gepresst und sind zugehörig den Gruppen BIa, BIIa, BIII.

PRUEFNORMEN: Diese Normen definieren die Methoden zur Bestimmung der Abmessungen und die Charakteristiken unter opti-schen Aspekten, die physikalischen wie die chemischen Eigenschaften.
