It’s been a fabulous turn around with so many healthy lunches coming to school every

Prep Transition

Today we had the new preps for 2015 come to school for their first Transition session.

It was terrific to see their eager little faces learn so much about school already. Next

week we will have the parent session where there will be an opportunity to share the

great things that we do at our school and also for parents to ask any questions that

will help prepare them too! If you know of any pre schooler who is not enrolled en-

courage them to come and see us.

New lines

We are having new colored lines painted around school very soon – how exciting! We

know that they will be well used by all of us. The tennis is going really well, new lines

will be an added bonus together with new hopscotch etc.

Blue Light Disco

Gosh it was difficult recognising some of our students today. The 5/6 students went

off to one of their favourite activities today –the Blue Light Disco which is organised by

the Police. We are most grateful to the Police who run this event each year for every

grade 5/6 student in Geelong.

Christmas Tree

As you know, once again our school has decorated one of the Christmas Trees that is

on display in the City, remember to have a look at them as they are fabulous. Also,

remember that the floating Christmas Tree is being launched tomorrow evening. Our

school Captains are guests at what will most probably be and amazing event from

8.15- 8.15pm

Fruit

Every morning our students look forward to the fresh fruit that is so beautifully pre-

sented to the classrooms. We desperately need someone who could come in and cut

it up each Wednesday until the end of the year. If you are available, please see us at

the office.

Pat, our Lollypop lady

Congratulations to Pat, our famous lollypop lady who has celebrated more than 30

years as a lollipop lady – what an achievement
