WATER WELL INFORMATIONIn April of 2016, Bee Cave Drilling installed a storage tank system. The owner provided the tank and Bee Cave Drilling installed a 3 hp Gould’s constant pressure booster system. The well fills the tank and the booster pushes it to the irrigation system.

The booster pump Bee Cave Drilling installed is a 5HM07. It is capable of pumping 40 gpm at 63 psi or 45 gpm at 51 psi.

The well is a 35 gpm, 7.5 hp pump set around 480’ deep.

The current owners have an annual maintenance program with Bee Cave Drilling.

All landscaping irrigation needs are easily met with existing water well, storage tank, and pumps.

The current owners applied for an agriculture exemption in 2015 by establishing a six hive Bee Apiary for the production of bee honey. Upon establishing five years of operating history, the agricultural exemption will be applied resulting in substantial property tax savings on the assessed value of the land only. The following estimate by Texas Protax has been provided that values land connected to the home separate from land used for the agricultural exemption. The result is a net reduction in the taxable value of the land from $1,854,375 to $675,802.
