Line the bottom of the skirt with

sheer yellow fabric. Make flounces

with the fabric and sew a few stitches

at the top of the flounces to secure.

MATERIALS:

sleeveless yellow dress

yellow shoes

little faux roses

hot glue gun

needle and thread

scissors

strips of sheer yellow fabric

Glue roses on the shoes.Glue roses at the top of the dress.

To make off-the-shoulder sleeves,

make two loops of fabric from the

top of the dress to the back of the

dress. Stitch to secure into place.

Glue roses along the bottom

of the skirt at the points of the

flounces.
