Appointment Management
1. Appointment or Pre-registration Form : In this module any visitor or employee can register or send the request for the scheduled meetings or visits on the specific date & time in advance (prior notice) to the specific dept or employee so they can arrange the meeting place in advance.
2. Appointment Approval : All requisition needs to be approved by the authorized executive or manager and then gate pass can be generated at the time of actual visit.
3. Appointment Reminders : the system is flexible and able to configure the preset timingsprior the appointment through.

With multiple page options
On click of “Add appointment”button you find the following screen with sections like Appointment Details, Visitor Details, Visiting Details etc
After entering all the mandatory fields highlighted in the red color below you can find the “Save” or “Save new”button to save the enter data in the application.
On click of check box in the one of the rows in the register list and press the “Edit” button shown in the previous slides you land to this following screen which allows to update the already entered records.
On click of this button you can again land to the register screen to update or delete other records if required.
Integration with Email & SMS Server
Appointment Reminders & Visitor Arrival alerts can be configured for mailing one or more user at the same time through our integration with any Email System Server (including Microsoft Outlook) & And the same can be done through SMS to the end users and also system can send the visitor some welcome message, security alert, thanks for visits message etc in case of big campus and organization.
Visitor Management
1. Generate Gate Pass/Badges : This module has to option. 1. Generate Gate Pass from approved requisitions.2. Add the gate pass directly without any prior notice or request.
2. Gate Pass/Badges Print : System can print the gate pass when the gate pass is generated.3. Gate Pass/Badges Print Template : System is flexible enough to change or configure the
various type of templates or for a different categories of visitors as per the customer requirement.
4. Visitor Arrival Alerts : System can send the visitor arrival alerts to the one or more users through Email or SMS.

Visitor Arrival Alerts
Asset & Vehicle Management
1. Visitor Asset Form : The system has complete visitor asset tracking mechanism where it give complete stock of assets lying inside the premises of the organization
2. Visitor Asset Approval : it also has the mechanism to allow or restrict certain types ofassets or can be escalated to the concern person for the approvals
3. Visitor Vehicle Tracking : The system has complete visitor vehicle tracking mechanism whereit give complete status of visitor vehicle parked inside the premises of the organization.
4. Visitor Asset Alerts : System can send the visitor assets alerts to the one or more users through Email or SMS if it highly sensitive or any security related asset.

Dashboard & MIS Reports
1. Dashboard Module : We have developed a powerful dashboard engine which can be configured as per the roles. Its basically will be a visitor activity user interface displays a list of all visits that are due for arrival and/or are due to expire within a user-defined period of time, active visits etc
2. Gate Pass/Badge Re-Print : This refers to the reminder which user need regarding the certification expiry.
3. Admin Module where all employee data can be manage.
Report List : System has complete reporting and auditing capabilities.
1. Visitor Register : This refers to the report which gives the location or branch wise employee who are certified on the specific areas.
2 Visitor Tracking Report : This refers to the report which gives the certifying company wise employee who are certified on the specific areas.
3 Watch List with Photograph : Reception can watch the visitor with there photographs

Show how many visitors due to come out indicating the proper time
Show how many visitors to scheduled to come today with appointment details.
Shows how many vehicles currently inside with all necessary vehicle details
Show how may sensitive assets inside the organisation with more advance search criteria, print the gate pass etc
