PRESSURE REGULATOR Plast-O-Matic has introduced Series PRHM, a thermoplastic pressure regu- lator capable of converting inlet pres-
sures up to 150 psi to a predetermined maximum downstream pressure rang- ing from 5 to 125 psi settings.
Unique to these regulators is the rolling diaphragm seal, which isolates the spring chamber from the down- stream pressure-sensing liquid and assures sensitive, smooth, and accu- rate performance. Other important features include all-molded body con- struction, which eliminates internal leakage that could cause a malfunc- tion, and a heavy-duty shaft seat to withstand pressure surges.

ABRASIVE GRIND AND BLEND KIT Rex-Cut Products, Inc., of Fall River, Mass., unveils an abrasive grind and blend kit for stainless steel that removes heavy welds, leaving the sur- face ready for graining or final finish- ing. The Rex-Cut Grind and Blend Kit for stainless steel features two Type 27 wheels: one to grind down welds and cracks and another to remove remaining scratches and leave a 32 RlVlS or better finish. Providing smooth, chatter-free operation, the combination is ideal for removing heavy welds and then preparing the surface for graining or final finishing.
Components improve performance in industrial automation applications by keeping constant tension in belt-and- chain drive systems. These tensioners are designed to reduce noise, transmit torque more efficiently, and decrease wear, with the added benefit of increasing the life of belts and chains.
With spring-loaded Econobelt ten- sioners, which are stocked in rota- tional and linear movement types, operators can adjust the tension on the chain or belt. Plus, they are easy to install and are maintenance-free.
