at Verification ServicesThe release of our new Verification Services interface represents the next generation of academic verification. It introduces several brand-new features designed to make verifications faster, easier, and more convenient than ever for schools and requestors.
DegreeVerify combined withEnrollmentVerify. You can now manage and track all verification requests from third-party requestors (like employers and background screening firms) from a single tab on our school secure site.
User-friendly design. Our Verification Services interface is simple to use and provides a more satisfying experience for school users and requestors. Identifying the correct school is easier and more intuitive for requestors, reducing the likelihood of error.
Better matching. Our enhanced matching logic reduces the likelihood that a request will need to be added to your queue of pending research requests.
Streamlined “Pending” process. Our new online form simplifies data entry and even includes degree options specific to your institution. Our system searches for and displays potential school matches. Requestors can select one of our matches or submit a new entry. If the requestor selects the wrong campus in your school system, you can reassign the request to the correct campus.
On-demand reporting. Colorful, presentation-quality reports can be generated at any time. You can track usage by verification type and status. Information is broken down by school and branch, if applicable. You can also view instant reports on workflow (such as completed transactions and pending turnaround time by school or user) and fees (including revenue, if you participate in DegreeVerify’s surcharge option). Details are available by clicking inside the report.
Custom message option. You can enter a custom message that displays as soon as the requestor selects your school, before the request is submitted.

EnrollmentVerify enables you to refer any commercial enrollment verification request to the Clearinghouse for secure, immediate response. You can initiate your free service simply by signing an amendment to your basic Clearinghouse service agreement. No additional data or programming is required. Once you sign up, you’ll realize the benefits of decreased call volumes and greater office efficiency right away.

DegreeVerify frees your school from the burden of verifying degrees for employers, background search firms, and recruiters. Your students and graduates will appreciate the ability to obtain timely degree verifications, helping them get jobs and qualify for product/service discounts faster. If you like, you can add a surcharge for degree verifications and turn a former expense into an income stream. You can also obtain free degree verifications for your own school’s use.

When you click the “Verification Services” tab, all requests requiring research by your school are displayed. Several options are available to filter requests. Click the student’s name to process the request.
All the tools you need to manage and use Verification Services are conveniently located at the right of the screen.
Verification Services automatically searches for and displays any potential student matches for your review. If there are no matches, you can check “New Record” to add the degree record. If you do not have a degree record for a student, you can check “None” to close the request and send an automated response to the requestor.
You can quickly add degree records at any time. Click the green plus sign to add multiple majors, minors, or other academic achievements.
