Thanks to recent investments in new tooling and equipment we have developed a new range of strip steel retaining rings, matching the US inch sizing and material standards.

I recenti investimenti nella produzione di nuovi stampi ed attrezzature hanno permesso di realizzare una nuova gamma di anelli elastici prodotti da nastro d’acciaio, rispondente esattamente agli standard in pollici del mercato USA, per dimensioni e materiali utilizzati.

Dalla nostra esperienza di oltre cinquant’anni nella produzione di anelli elastici standard DIN, con milioni di pezzi prodotti ogni giorno e forniti ai nostri distributori, OEM e società automobilistiche di tutto il mondo, grazie a numerosi test effettuati e ad una continua ricerca abbiamo ottenuto un “mix perfetto” tra sistema metrico DIN e Sistema in Pollici, rispettando tutte le dimensioni fondamentali degli anelli, come il diametro e lo spessore, perfettamente corrispondenti alle dimensioni americane in pollici.

Ricerca e SviluppoGrazie all’intensa attività di ricerca e sviluppo avvenuta tra il 1976 e il 1985 attraverso la partecipazione a numerosi incontri riguardanti lo sviluppo dello Standard internazionale ISO per il confronto dei Sistemi DIN (Deutsches Institut für Normung) e AISI (American Iron and Steel Institute), abbiamo sviluppato negli anni una tecnologiaatta al miglioramento del prodotto fi nale, in particolare nelle dimensioni come la Smax (Sezione Massima) e H (altezza delle alette), proporzionandole meglio alle dimensioni dei fori (R).

Thanks to our fi fty-years’ experience in the manufacturing of DIN standard retaining rings (with a daily production of a million pieces successfullysold to distributors, OEMs andautomotive companies worldwide)and to the several tests conductedfor the purpose of research anddevelopment we have achievedthe ideal mix between metric DINand inch systems, respecting inchretaining rings main dimensions suchas diameter and thickness and fullycomplying with US inch sizes.

Research and DevelopmentThanks to an intense activity of research and development conducted between 1976 and 1985 we attended several meetings about ISO international standard for the comparison between DIN system (Deutsches Institutfür Normung) and AISI (American Iron and Steel Institute) and worked hard to improve the quality of our fi nal products.

This research brought us to implement technology, enhance the design of our products (proportions between Smax (maximum Section),H (lug height) and R (holes) have been improved) and optimize the use of raw material, choosing trapezoidal spring steel for a reduction of scrap during blanking process.

De notre expérience de plus de cinquante ans dans la production d’anneaux élastiques standards DIN, avec des millions de pièces produites chaque jour et fournies à nos distributeurs, OEM et des constructeurs automobiles du monde entier, grâce à de nombreux tests effectués et grâce à une recherche constante, nous avons obtenu un «mélange parfait» entre le système métrique DIN et le système en pouces, en respectant toutes les dimensions fondamentales des anneaux, comme le diamètre et l’épaisseur, ce qui correspond parfaitement à la taille US en pouces.

Recherche et développementGrâce à l’intense activité de recherche et de développement qui a eu lieu entre 1976 et 1985 grâce à la participation à de nombreuses réunions concernant le développement de la norme internationale ISO pour comparer les systèmes DIN (Deutsches Institut für Normung) et AISI (American Iron and Steel Institute), au cours des années, nous avons développé une technologie capable d’améliorer le produit fi nal, en particulier concernant les dimensions comme la Smax (section maximale) et H (hauteur des ailettes), proportionnant mieux aux dimensions des trous (R).

Le résultat obtenu à partir de cette recherche a été l’optimisation entre la conception et le choix d’utiliser du fi l d’acier en forme de trapèze pour les ressorts, ce qui permet une réduction considérable des déchets pendant la phase de découpage des anneaux.

Original BENERI® knurled washers offer excellent performances in the most extreme vibration conditions, as demonstrated in all tooling manufactured by our own company.They are used to fi x the lower die, which has a Hardness of about 58 HRC, on our progressive stamping machines. Although operating under the extreme vibration conditions of machines that run at 500 blows per minute onto raw material with 75 - 85 Kg/mm² tensile strength, BENERI® knurled washers ensure a perfect seal of the screw, that stands still even after 1 million press-blows.

El departamento de cizallado es el pulmón de la empresa. Es aquí donde tienen lugar las fases delicadas de la producción. Los anillos elásticos y las arandelas dentadas se fabrican en modo automático, bajo el atento control de técnicos califi cados.

L’atelier de découpage constitue le poumon de l’entreprise. En effet, c’est ici qu’ont lieu les phases délicates de la production. Les anneaux élastiques et les rondelles à denture sont produits, de façon automatique, sous le contrôle attentif de techniciens qualifi és.

Die Stanzabteilung ist ein besonders wichtiger Teil des Betriebs. Hier erfolgen in der Tat die heikelsten Produktionsphasen.Die Sicherungsringe und Fächerscheiben werden automatisch gefertigt unter der gewissenhaften Kontrolle hoch qualifi zierter Techniker.






In der Abteilung für Wärmebehandlung werden die aus der Stanzabteilung kommenden Produkte über Automatikanlagen einer Reihe von Behandlungen unterzogen, um die von den diesbezüglichen Bestimmungen geforderte Härte und Elastizität gewährleisten zu können.

Nel reparto trattamenti termici, attraverso impianti automatizzati, i prodotti provenienti dal reparto tranceria subiscono una serie di trattamenti termici allo scopo di garantire la durezza e l‘elasticità previste dalla normativa di riferimento.

The following step in the working process takes place in our Heat Treatment department, where all retaining rings and washers are processed through different kinds of heat treatment in order to guarantee correct hardness and elasticity, according to the provision of specifi cation.

Il reparto Imballaggio merci si avvale di impianti automatizzati per il confezionamento e l’imballo dei prodotti.La pesatura, la numerazione dei colli e la relativa pallettizzazione dei cartoni avvengono in modo automatico e la registrazione informatica di tutti i dati in fase di spedizione permette un controllo accurato e la rintracciabilità dei lotti di produzione.

Once production process is completed, retaining rings and washers are sent to the Packaging department, where a state-of-the-art automatic equipment sets correct weight and quantity of boxes and pallets and prints proper labels, assuring traceability of each box.

Our Warehouse and Shipping department is provided with two lines of high capacity stock with automatic conveyors and elevators for the picking of goods.
