Bnh khp thng gp nhiu dng khc nhau v mi bnh li cn chn on v iu tr theo nhng phng php thch hp. Theo kinh nghim dn gian, l da, ngm ti vi ru cha tr thp khp. Dn gian c phng c mt s bi thuc sau t cy nh l vn rt ph hp vi ngi b bnh xng khp.

4. Dng l lt cha au nhc xng khp khi tri lnh:5-10g l lt phi kh (15-30g l ti), sc 2 bt nc cn bt, ung trong ngy. Ung khi thuc cn m, nn ung sau ba n ti. Mi liu trnh iu tr 10 ngy. Hoc l lt v r cc cy bi bung, vi voi, c xc, mi v 30g, tt c u dng ti thi mng, sao vng, sc vi 600ml nc, cn 200ml chia 3 ln ung trong ngy. Ung lin tc trong 7 ngy.
5. Dng c trinh n cha thp khp, au lng, au nhc xng khp, chn tay t bi:R trinh n thi mng, tm ru, sao cho thm (20-30g) sc vi 400ml nc cn 100ml, ung lm 2 ln trong ngy. Nu dc liu nhiu c th nu thnh cao lng, ri pha ru dng dn.
6. Dng mt ong v bt qu cha vim khp mn tnh:Bn c th ung mt cc nc nng vi hai tha mt ong v mt mung nh bt qu hai ln mi ngy. Nu ung thng xuyn, thm ch c vim khp mn tnh cng c th c cha khi.

8. Cch ngm ti tr thp khpTheo ng y, ti c v cay, tnh m, c cng dng hnh kh tr, lm m t v, gii c v st trng. Ti khng ch l loi gia v thng thng m cn c cng dng cha bnh. Ti thng c dng cha cc chng bnh nh y bng, chm tiu, ri lon tiu ha, au bng do lnh, ph thng, tiu chy, l, st rt, ho g, mn nht, nh c, vim lot lu lin, rng tc, nm tc, rn cn

Ti cn c dng trong bnh thp khp. C th lm nh sau: dng 40 gr ti ( bc sch v), ct nh cho vo l ngm cng vi 100 ml ru trng (45 ), ngm trong 10 ngy, thnh thong lc l, ban u ch c mu trng, sau chuyn sang mu vng, n ngy th 10 th chuyn sang mu ngh. Ngy dng 2 ln (sng 40 git trc khi n sng, v ti 40 git trc khi i ng). Do lng ung mi ln nh th rt t, nn cn thm nc chn ngui vo ung.
Lu , khng dng ti trong trng hp ang dng thuc tr bnh i tho ng, hoc ang dng thuc iu tr chng mu long.
