FROM THE GARDEN STATEPARKWAY NORTHTake exit 142 to I-78 East. Proceed on I-78 Eastto Exit 54. Bearing right off the exit ramp. Crossover I-78. Continue bearing right onto the entrance ramp for I-78 West. Follow the directions from I-78 West.

FROM ROUTE 22 WESTTraveling towards Scotch Plains. Go past Bowcraft Amusement Park in Scotch Plains andtake the exit just past the next McDonalds. Theexit sign will read “Scotch Plains/Fanwood/Berkeley Heights/New Providence” along with a “To Rt 78” sign. At the light make a right ontoNew Providence Rd. * Continue through thenext light. (New Providence Rd. is now DiamondHill Rd.) Up the hill and under I-78. The entranceto Summit Medical Group is the second left after the stoplight at McMane Ave.

Look for the exit sign that reads “ScotchPlains/Fanwood/Berkeley Heights/New Providence” and “To Rt 78” sign. Bear right offthe exit and loop around back over Route 22. Go straight through the light onto New Providence Rd. Follow the directions from the * in the Route 22 West directions.
