Topic: How im Preparing to get Alzheimer's

Alanna’s Thesis

Alanna’s believes that is better to be prepared for Alzheimer's rather then to be denial as is one is untouchable to the condition.

She gives three keys to preparation for Alzheimer's’ as follows….

Hobbies

Alanna shares with the audience that studies show that exercising the mind lowers risk for the condition or at least gives a patient an outlet to enjoys themselves.

Secondly Alanna shares that with a healthy diet and exercise risk for developing dementia can be lowered also.

Staying Active!!!

These actions will counter the lost of physical abilities due to the condition.

Becoming a good Person!!!

Although dimension will cause a person to lose other emotions, it does not make one forget who they love

Her main focus is to prevent people from making the mistake of ignoring the condition or acting as they are immune to it

How did the speaker capture the attention in his or her introduction???

In Alanna’s introduction she captures the audience by giving insight to her personal life and showing why she has a direct connection to the topic she’s speaking.

How Does She Engage the Audience?????

Alanna engages the audiences by giving them the reasons that she feels backs up her thesis and explaining each one.

She smiles and receives laughter from the from time to time.

She seems more to be trying to keep her composer rather than engaging with the audience.

Dynamism!!!

4/5 Alanna does a

good job ordering her presentation. She gives detailed information to give a better understand of her message.Her lack of energy is what I I have to deduct dynamism point from her for.

Through Watching Alanna’s presentation, I have gained insight on how to give a theses and back it up with different instances, carefully explained each point clearly to the audience.

What I’ve learned

In Ken’s presentation on the killing of creativity he has a perfect balance of humor and knowledge to inform the audience while capturing there attention as well as imagination.

Unlike Alanna, Ken walks around the stage making eye contact with several members of the audience. A great showing of stage presence.

IIn Kens presentation on revising education he uses a visionary presentation to capture the audience along with witty explanations to entertain is audience.

Some tips for fellow classmates while giving a speech is to b full prepared and rid of nerves before presenting.

Have confidence in yourself and your information and full control over the stage. Presence is just as important as the information one is trying to give.
