The proposed solution is to use the PsManager® which has a customizable Accounts Interface.
While this software solution meets most of the requirements within the organization’s context and
beyond, it is adaptable and expandable for future needs – and has reliable, consistent local customer
support (Eswatini).

PsManager® is a software application for Organizations that want to manage their Stock-Inventory,
internal request processes, purchases and receipts, realizing financial records within their operations
thus completing the procurement cycle:
Further than that, organizations can also analyze performance for both Vendors and Internal
departments - offering an integrated Stores Management-Inventory, Purchasing and Accounting
solution. It runs on an ordinary Windows PC with a receipt printer (for POS use, an additional Cash-
Drawer which is operated through the receipt printer).
It can be used in supermarkets, health facilities and warehouses of any type of retail establishment (e.g.
medicines & supplies, household items, building materials, motor spares, laboratory supplies, groceries,
stationery, beverages etc.) – by selecting the correct product catalog.
Using the PsManager® system makes the transaction less human effort. It is also accurate to the
retailed price listed and it minimizes the encoding of personnel in the inventory. For example, the
