The EVV tools work off of a scheduled visit. Staff will record that a visit will occur in the Visit Schedule module. When a new record is saved, the visit record automatically syncs to CellTrak. Workers will have the CellTrak app on their mobile device. When the worker arrives for their scheduled visit, they will open CellTrak which displays the scheduled visit. Workers will click on the visit to 'check- in'. The CellTrak app will start tracking the visit and collect the Geocode for their location throughout the duration of the visit. When the visit is over, the worker will clock out using the app. The visit data is sent to the state aggregator and also syncs back into AWARDS Progress Notes. *Documentation in AWARDS must still happen for billing to work.
