Learn about the most current roofing products and installations. Information will be provided about the State of Utah’s roofing program and the State of Idaho’s roofing program, including their 20 and 30 year non-prorated roofing guarantees. ABOUT THE SPEAKERS JAN FREW is a licensed architect and received her Bachelor of Architecture degree from Idaho State University. She worked in private architectural firms prior to becoming a project manager with the Idaho Division of Public Works in 1991. She has held several positions within the Division, including Capitol Restoration Executive Project Manager. She now serves as the Deputy Administrator, overseeing all activities for the Design and Construction Group, managing construction projects for state agencies. STEVE MOOSMAN is the District Sales Manager for Sika Sarnafil’s Mountain Region, representing Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, Utah, Colorado and New Mexico. Steve grew up in a family roofing business where he gained installation and management experience. Working with most roofing types, Steve became well versed in the various disciplines of low and steep roofing attributes and limitations. He authored a ‘Roof Top’ maintenance program used by many building owner’s to help schedule and administer required and preventative roof service/replacement. Steve started Division 7 Specialties and Advance Moisture Protection companies, both firms are still successfully representing and promoting building envelope technical sales and services. Before joining Sarnafil, he was president of ProSpec Moisture Consultants. In addition to his role as Sales Manager, Steve is Sika Sarnafil’s World Account Representative responsible for Sarnafil roofing on properties owned and operated by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
