Fund Raiser Price Sheet

Thank you for considering Emma’s gourmet popcorn for your fund raiser. We want to help you in your quest to raise money. We are a small home based business, and enjoy what we do- which is making the yummiest popcorn flavors in lancaster county!

ShippingWe prefer that you pick up your total order and deliver it to your buyers. If that is not possible, we can ship the lot to you. However, it will incur extra charges. We keep our prices down as low as possible and do not have the margin to allow us to cover the shipping charges.

PricesWe want to keep the program open enough to make it work for most people. To do this, we do not list prices on the flyer you will be showing to sell the popcorn. We will give your suggested retail price and also show you your costs, you however have the final say on how much to charge for the popcorn for your fund raiser. You are responsible to pay the full amount at the time of picking up the popcorn from us. When you decide to have your buyers pay, at the time of ordering or at the time of delivery is up to you. Most people prefer to have the buyer pay at the time of ordering so they do not need to foot the bill out of their account.

Fund Raising PackageIf you are planning to use Emma’s Gourmet Popcorn for your fund raiser, you will be able to download the flyers and sign up sheets needed to sell the popcorn. You may print these for fund raising purposes only.

After You SellWe recommend you have a time line for how long you will be doing the fund raiser and at the end of that time you bring/send a copy of the order form to us to fill the order. Please keep a copy of your orders so that you have contact information and what they ordered so you know where to take the popcorn! We will not be held responsible for returning the order form. When you have the product in your hands to distribute, please get the product to your buyer as soon as possible. Everyone loves fresh products! We will not be held responsible for products being stale because of late delivery. We will give you fresh product, made after you placed the order.

Tips For Selling More!We recommend you buy one or two tubs of flavored popcorn and give your buyers a small taste to show them that they are not buying the typical popcorn. We are sure they will be able to taste the difference and want to buy the product!

Let them know where it comes from! Let them know it is a small lancaster county home business where they pop each batch of popcorn by hand. Knowing it is actually a gourmet specialty and not a mass produced product normally adds value to your product and increases buying.
