Whcn any linen, towels, soap or othcr supplies are nceded for tho moms or bathrooms of the houao the housekeeper shall make 8 requisition there- for and dolivcr it to the houae manager.

He shall have such nssistante as thc house manags may find to be nccemq. It will bc the duty of the chef to eee that tho food prepared and served is wholesome. All cooking of any and all kinds of food shall b done by the chef and his mistants under the direction of thc cld.
