• Get some information about OurEBTS-Trainings-Erasmus+project, and how these methods are applied in theproject.
Expected outcomes:
• An experience of experiential learning methodology based on psychodrama and sociometry.
• A basic understanding of the connection of this learning to neuropsychology and experiential learning theory by Kolb.
• Information about how these methods are applied in the EBTS-Trainings-project.

Specifics of experiential learning by action
• Many parts of brains are activated• Motor cortex and cerebellum Physical movement
• Limbic system Affects and emotions
• Prefrontal cortex Planning complex cognitive behavior, personality expression, decision making, and moderating social behavior
• Anterior cingulate Attention & regulation and coherenceof cognitive and affective experience
• Mirror neurons and mirror systems Social relations and empathy

The limbic system
• The hypothalamus:• regulating your hunger, thirst, response
to pain, levels of pleasure, sexual satisfaction, anger and aggressive behavior, and more.
• regulating the functioning of the autonomic nervous system, (pulse, blood pressure, breathing, and arousal in response to emotional circumstances).
• The amygdala:• processing of memory, decision-
making, and emotional reactions.

EBTS-Trainings:Evidence Based Trauma Stabilization (EBTS).Two training programmes for stabilization of
traumatized children among refugee, asylum seeking and immigrant families.
2017-1-FI01-KA204-034785
Objectives of the EBTS-project
• Objectives of this project are to design and create EBTS-Training and EBTS-Programme, and to research effectiveness of them.
• Learning of adults is in the focus of outcomes:• Councelors, social workers, psychologists, educators learn in the EBTS-Training how to educate parents and
use trauma stabilization methods when conducting groups of child-parent-couples. The EBTS-Training is using experiential learning methodology based on psychodrama and sociometry. Total number of participants: 45.
• Parents as learners in their role as caregivers will obtain new competencies and methods in the EBTS-Programme to stabilize their children and help them to cope with reactions caused by trauma experiences. Total number of participants: 300 families.
• Psychodrama trainers gain new competencies for working with refugee, asylum seeking and immigrant families, and the simple and clear EBTS-Training is created for their use. Psychodrama trainers will get knowledge and information they can use when they are training psychodrama students, too.
• The EBTS-Training and EBTS-Programme will be available after the project, too.
