Significant Features, General Principles and Operations of “Bevcon - Airtec Dense Phase Pneumatic Conveying System”
1. We, through years of active involvement, working experience and extensive R&D, have perfected the dense phase pneumatic conveying technology for bulk material handling like coal, ash, cement, sand, minerals, chemicals, rejects and many other materials.
2. Dense phase pneumatic conveying system is totally enclosed and is devoid of any sort of leakage’s and ensures most clean working environment free from any obstruction and dust nuisance.
3. Our dense phase pneumatic conveyors are Amazingly simple equipment completely free from Complicated linkages or prime mover which requires regular and costly maintenance.
4. Conveying material moves through the pipe line slowly as a coherent slug at a low velocity which ensures minimum wear and tear.
5. The inlet valve of the conveying vessel is heavy-duty full flow type providing unrestricted opening into the vessel for filling cycle ensuring free fall of material.
6. The inlet valve has a unique rubber seal to ensure complete leak proof once the vessel is pressurized and it is so placed that it does not come in the material flow line.
7. The above aspect ensures longer life of inlet valve and also its maintainability is given due importance. It hardly needs 30 to 45 minutes to remove the valve from its Installed position and place it back after replacement of seal, ensuring down time of less than one hour.
