The CTICC Beverage team prides themselves on delivering exceptional thirst-quenching experiences; whether it is an
artisan cocktail, a slow-brewed craft beer, or the finest selection of wines the Cape has to offer. Our master bartenders
have hand selected the best spirits; from award winning single malts to excellently bespoke gin from our local distillery.
True to our sustainable nature, we have sourced all our wines locally, with a commitment to wines that use organically
grown grapes, and support fair trade farming partnerships.
We can always add to your experience by offering our alternative services to your bar of choice. We have selections
such as live juice stations, ice cold beer on tap, delicious homemade ice teas and, if you really want to be adventurous,
our infused botanical water.

This vibrant, classically styled Sauvignon lemon-lime in colour. The nose is complex with tropical fruit, ripe
figs and gooseberries along with a mineral character followed by a long fruity finish.
REYNEKE (BIODYNAMIC) R175.00
Green-tinged mid straw. Flinty cut hay and black current bud aromas. Faint herbal notes on the palate,
tangy and a little grassy, textural but not creamy. Zesty on the finish.

This is a dry wine, pale lemon in colour with hints of gooseberry and green pepper.

Bright in appearance with a lime and golden apple skin hue. On the nose there is the aroma of green
apples, gooseberries and ripe pears. Medium bodied. Subtle vanilla, butterscotch, lemon curd and quince

Pale silver-pink. Aromas of raspberries, cherries. A lively mousse but fine in the mouth, with subtle red
berry flavours enlivened by bright acids. Brisk on the palate, showing hints of oyster shell and fresh
lavender. Flirtatious and fun, yet elegant and structured, it’s perfect for all seasons.
PLAISIR DE MERLE GRAND BRUT R330.00
Cultivated on the slopes of the Simonsberg Mountains and crafted from two noble varieties (Pinot Noir
and Chardonnay) the Plaisir De Merle Grand Brut is an elegant and distinctive Méthode Cap Classique.
The Pinot Noir imparts its body, flavour and maturity while the Chardonnay gives it a clean flintiness. All
of the grapes for the Plaisir De Merle Methode Cap Classique were hand-picked and selected for their
overall quality and sustainability.
