Dog House

•  The Dog house was created by utilizing Sketchup. I have successfully executed the scale and proportion as well as functionality of the dog house.

•  The dog house is a reflection of what the portfolio contains. •  We uses tools such as push and pull, scale, •  I was able to create the dog house by using the push and pull method and

by importing the accessories from 3D ware house •  Accessories imported from 3D warehouse makes the dog house realistic

and helps the client visualize.

•  One of the challenging thing was meticulously placing the accessories inside the house and arranging it along the axes line.

•  Designing a window was challenging because it was my first time utilizing sketch up and creating an environment that is functional.

Cubes

•  I was able to successfully create a cubes arrays by copying the cubes multiple times and importing 2D images from the warehouse.

•  The dramatic picture shots and added color complement the cubes array.

•  In order to master executing a design plan I have to lean to utilizing rapid visualization and practice the different Sketch up tools.

Floor studies

•  Floor studies helps create an illusion of creating a space that is big or small.

•  By controlling the pattern and line placement, it will allowing to explore different option.

•  The line pattern was controlled and meticulously placed to design a space with creative ideas.

•  Incorporated Steve from #d warehouse to give an idea of scale and proportion.

•  One of the challenges was implementing a design direct from the the rapid visualization into sketch up •  I was able to create an abstract pattern on house five which came out unique and challenging to color.

Page 8: Beza Portifolio

Floor pattern •  The patterns were constructed

using sketch up tools such as •  By creating a rapid

Visualization I was able to get my ideas together in order to create an impactful floor pattern

•  The pictures were taken to dramatically show the impact of floors and space pattern.

•  One of the challenges was being able to recreate the drafts as an exact replica of the draft drawn by hand.

Page 9: Beza Portifolio

Malevich Inspired construction •  The design was created by transforming a Malevich 2D JPG into 3D

commercial building •  This project helped me be more creative and try different hypostasis. •  This is by far one of my best work creative works I have ever

executed. •  I was used sketch up drawing tool as well as push and pull to help

create these unique designs.

•  when I was working on the project at first was I was trying to create a similar building as the instructor but I have learned to tap in my design potential and create an open space.

Follow me •  Follow me tool helps create an impactful stairs and rail that can be

seen as a 3 dimensional. •  Follow me , push and pull that help created an elevated surface •  Capturing the shadow and different perspective view to show result.

Challenges •  Using a continues rail though out the stairs using an engineers scale. •  By practicing the technique I will be able to perfect my kills. •  Creating a continues support for the stairs was

Campidoglio Inspired Piazza

•  I was able to show the evolution of the Piazza in the above Top Perspective view. •  I exported two images from 3D warehouse to help make it stand out. •  The tourist shown in image help give a sense of Scale and proportion. •  The offset tool played a big roll in creating an accurate shape.

•  The Campidoglio Inspired Piazza was one of the most challenging and time consuming project. •  Implementing the right portions and small design affect was one of the challenges.

Intersection studies

•  Exploring Rapid Visualization to excutre a generic wall and creating it on sketch up by aligning it to different shapes and forms.

•  Creatively substitute normal walls to help create an art wall

•  Crating a functional wall using engineering scale •  Think outside the box and executing the visual

plan.

Paper Airplane

•  The first draft was hard to construct in the exact shape and form due to small errors.

•  The tools used to create the paper airplane mostly by utilizing the folding method and measuring the promotions.

•  I have to Practice more on folding and getting needed measurement.

•  The Paper Airplane was constructed by using folding technique.

•  I was able to import ground and sky which made it come to life.

•  I have successfully captured the necessary shot by exposing the shadow and the colors

Page 16: Beza Portifolio

Folding Exercise •  I was able to successful master folding exercise by Practicing and trying out different angles to create a space •  The translucent ground created an illusion of the objects Flying. •  The 3D images were imported to show scale and proportion.

•  Estimating the right angle to rotating at the right angle is challenging

•  By using the trial and error method I was able to to fold accurately.

Stain edges with frame Pavilion with Folding

•  The Pavilion with folding was created by utilizing all the skills we have learned so far. The main factor of the pavilion is folding and creating designs to make a structural engineer

•  The new effect was created with style builders competition winner. •  Created Loose, messy style, napkin sketch. The Frame is a quick presentation to show a photographic

sketch

•  The overall construction of the space was challenging. I was able to add background and grass on the ground but was faced with few small detail that took time to prefect.
