What we need from you, the Brand

YOUR BRANDThe things we need to start setting up your brand

1 Brand name

2 Brand contact person (Name, surname, phone, email, country, region, city)

3 Logo (Color & b/w logo in vector format)

4 Create categories - main & sub (Main categories consist of Brand knowledge & the categories you see fits your brand best. Sales Pros have to learn about your brand first to unlock the other categories. The main categories can also have sub categories under them if your brand has the need for it)

5 Your brand’s twitter feed URL

6 Contact people (Brand administrators: name, surname, phone, email, country, region, city)

7 Featured banners (Slideshow banners that can be used as advertising, promotions, competitions, or whatever your brand wants to communicate to the SalesPros. There are a maximum of 5 slides. These should be constantly updated with new content)

8 Background image or pattern (This image/pattern fills the whole background and sits behind your content. Make sure this is a big, good quality image)

9 Incentive (incentive name, incentive graphic, and a selection of quizzes it must be attached to)

YOUR RETAILERSHere’s what we need to add a retailer

1 Retailer group name (ie “Total Sports”)

2 Retailer group contact person (Name, surname, telephone, email)

3 Retailer branch details (Branch name, telephone, physical address, country, region, city)

4 Retailer branch contact person/user (Name, surname, role, phone, email)

LEARNING & QUIZZESThis is what you will be teaching your Sales Pros, so make it fun to learn!Every learning module has a quiz at the end of it.

In order to set up each one we will need the following:

1 Learning module name

2 What main category does this fall under?

3 What sub category does this fall under? (if applicable)

4 A thumbnail image that pertains to this learning module

5 Learning slides that are fun, concise and to the point (jpegs, pngs or YouTube URL. If you want us to create these for you, please give us good quality editable content)

6 Quiz questions (Questions are in the form of text, with answers that are either true/false or multiple choice. Please make sure you tell us which answer is the correct one.)
