Washing of hands properly is one of the most important things to do to help prevent and control the spread of many

There were 05 aspects and contents included in the workshop which covered detailed theoretical, practical and skill
related features of Infection Control. There were in total 04 Skill Stations divided among 115 nursing students each
consisting of a group of 30 students set at each skill station. The Skill Station consisted of Hand Rub-Hand Wash,
Biomedical Waste Management, Needle Stick Injury, Blood Spill Management and Personal Protective Equipment.
A Question-Answer Session was intermittently placed to help students clarify their doubts and understand key points
with regular intervals. The closing session included a summarization of the entire workshop by Dr. Abhijeet Mane Sir and
the team which helped the student recollects important points associated with each skill station.
